Faulty or Incorrect Goods On Arrival 

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us if you have any problems.

Change of Mind Policy

If you are unhappy with your product please contact us so we can help resolve the problem. We are happy to exchange a purchase for an item valued the same or lower within 7 days of receiving your order provided it has not been used. You are liable to pay for the return shipment cost (both ways) and it must be shipped to us by registered post. Once we receive the goods and inspect they have not been used or damaged we will send out your exchange.

Please view this information on the product page before purchasing and if you have any further questions about a product don’t hesitate to contact us. Actual colour of the products may slightly vary depending on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours of the products.
